Officially down 100 pounds! YES! Ah, nothing truly tastes as good as being fit and healthy feels! SO happy and blessed to start working as a personal trainer where I can now motivate, encourage and push others to their best fitness potentials.
My goal? To help others fall in love with fitness.

Wow, SO much has happened since I last updated on here! I’ll give y’all a QUICK run down!
In April of last year, I was officially casted on a BRAND NEW weight-loss show (title still pending), for the TLC Network. I spent 4.5 months of my life sweating and working hard to overcome my life long addiction and struggle with food!
All and all, I lost over 63 pounds and YOU will all get to watch me do it on TV! My show will premiere in February, with my episode debuting sometime in March – I will keep you posted!
As I’ve overcome so much in 2015, I’ve started to step out in my new found passion for health and fitness, and have started coaching people and leading others to experiencing their own success. I strive to help people achieve their fitness and health goals and enjoy a healthy, and also fulfilling life!
My goal is to use my new platform and blend it with my love for traveling, health and fitness and expand my YouTube channel.
Next up on my TO-DO list: to build the right team for success! I have an awesome commercial agent and the next 2 for my team that I need are a dynamite theatrical and hosting agent!

I am happy to report that I am officially a newly signed actor with the fabulous FireStarter Entertainment Talent Agency. As if the name didn’t seem perfect enough, then I sat down with the incredibly talented Jennifer Layton-Trendowski….and boy does this girl have knack for what she does! Professional, personable…I knew that SHE and this agency was for me! I am so proud of FireStarter and am excited to see the journey we will take together to accomplishing our dreams!

You ever feel SO great about a decision you made that’s literally helped transform your life? THAT is what I’ve been feeling the past 3 weeks since I started taking classes at Margie Haber’s Studios in West Hollywood. I had always heard good things come out of her studios; but actually getting to EXPERIENCE it all myself has been amazing! I’m starting in her Fundamental Intensive class with the fabulous Barbara Gannen as my instructor. We’ve been really focusing on STOP being ACTORS and start being HUMAN BEGINS! To live the life instead of just “doing a scene”! I feel myself growing and changing as an actor. I can’t wait to see what I will discover in myself and the skills I’ll gain as I continue my journey at their studios.

While living here in LA, I’ve made some amazingly talented friends! Two of which, just helped me put together a mini scene for my reel! Here is my “high lighted” section! Enjoy!
I had the privledge to work on the set of the fabulous comedy, “The Middle” yesterday at the WB Ranch lot. What a blast it was! I got to have a “flashback” to my freshman year in high school as I portrayed a high school volleyball player! GO HENS! It was awesome getting into the TEAM SPIRIT again! I’ll keep y’all updated on when my episode airs! Until then, I’ll leave you with a quote that was found on the gym wall yesterday on set, “If volleyball was any easier, it would be called FOOTBALL.” HAHAHAHAHA.
I couldn’t help but share the amazing journey of transformation I’ve taken over the past 3 years! As they say, a picture speaks 1,000 words and thus one tells you that I’ve shed some weight…85 pounds to be exact. Even though I’ve lost the weight, I’ve GAINED such an incredible lease on life! I’m more confident, happy, available for my friends, pushing myself to new limits – it’s amazing! As an actor, it’s helped me truly relate to others better & be more in touch with my emotions and who I truly am, now that I’m no longer hiding underneath layers of fat! I love inspiring others in fitness, health & life! 🙂
I’ve been blessed again to shoot with the wonderful Chyna from Chyna Photography! She is such an incredible talent and has a great eye on how to pull out the best in actors! So excited to see where these new head shots will help bring me! ENJOY!
Hey ‘all! Happy Summer!
Right now, I am smack dab in the middle of a 3 week auditioning technique intensive with the on and only, Greg Orson and his GO Casting Team. Greg currently casts The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and The Following. Greg is also a tremendous teacher! He really wants to see us actors succeed at our auditions and is pointing out all kinds of things for us to look out for.
Over the past 2 weeks, we’ve gone threw cold reads, one-liners, co-star roles and even series regulars. Greg and even our own classmates give critiques and insights into what we can do to stand out and receive that coveted call back.
Next week will be our last class and we are all going to be performing scenes with a partner. I have a comedic one! I am looking forward to taking the notes Greg gave me this week and applying them for my last performance next Wednesday! STAY TUNED!
